Frequently asked questions

Clarity before you start.

Key agreements on resources, data and outcomes.

How does WFM differ from staffing and scheduling?

Staffing and scheduling focus on deploying employees and organising their shifts. WFM connects this with expected demand, capacity needs, daily adjustments and performance. The required activities depend on your operations.

Can we outsource just one activity?

Yes. An assignment can cover forecasting, schedules, reporting or real-time support. We define what AQ Work Force delivers and which decisions remain with your organisation.

Do we need new software?

Not always. We first assess what your existing systems and data allow. We recommend a new solution only when it meets established needs. We also consider the capabilities of Pro as part of that assessment.

What data is needed for an initial analysis?

Historical workload, handling times, schedules, available capacity and service agreements are useful. We agree on necessary data in advance and use aggregated data where possible.

How are results assessed?

We start with a baseline and select indicators such as forecast deviation, service level, backlog, overtime or schedule changes. Changes are assessed in context; savings are not guaranteed in advance.

How are availability and continuity arranged?

Availability, response times, handover and replacement are agreed per assignment. Real-time support is aligned with your opening hours and agreed staffing.
