Your daily operations
A forecast sets direction. During the working day, deviations call for timely decisions based on current data.
We monitor workload, queues, accessibility, staffing and relevant employee statuses. When deviations occur, we coordinate actions such as rescheduling breaks, reallocating capacity or prioritising work.
Phone, chat and email require different planning assumptions. Back-office tasks, multiple locations and different skills are included when they fall within the agreed scope.
We map your functional requirements and support the evaluation and configuration of planning tools. Where possible, we improve existing systems. Licences and technical integrations are budgeted separately.
We define responsibilities, decision points and indicators. Models and processes are documented so that work and agreements remain transferable.
Applicable to customer contact, back office, logistics, retail and other organisations with variable workloads. Scope and resources are defined for each organisation.
A practical first step
A focused analysis for the selected departments within your company. We assess workload and staffing alignment and provide a practical next-step plan.
